There isn't much new to report. Matthew is at a nice 5 pounds and 12 ounces as of tonight!
The doctors and nursing team are going to start something new when it comes to his feeding. They are going to start feeding him every 3-4 hours, when he's hungry instead of trying to keep him on a 3 hour schedule.
Tonight, he took all of his bottle, but still seemed hungry. He's incredibly gassy and all of the nurses have problems getting him to burp. He's pulled out his NG tube 3 times so far this week. He officially has colic :( So, he is on colic therapy to try and calm him down. Basically, he wants to be held nearly all of the time or he screams. If he isn't held, he has to be on his tummy, on a heating pad with his head on a gel pillow. The problem with that is once he comes home, he can't sleep on his belly.
Today we did get his changing table put together. All we have left to do is his crib and dresser :)
